Mountain GearFor via ferrata climbing adventures, the Scorpio Lanyard from Petzl has all the features you'll need for a great day out on the cliffs. The retractable lanyard arms help keep them out of the way, and the tearing energy absorber is stored in a zippered pouch so it's protected and easy to inspect, while the third arm is great when traversing or when you need to rest by clipping directly to a rung. - Connection webbing has a twist in it for lark's head hitch - making it easy to attach on the harness and optimizing the strength of the connection to the harness
- Retractable lanyard arms help keep equipment organized and minimizes tangles, and allows carabiners (not included) to stay accessible
- Short, third arm attached to energy absorber - convenient for Tyrolean traverses, for climbing while close to the cable, or attaching to rungs (while resting); third arm should be equipped with a type K locking carabiner
- Tearing energy absorber is protected in zippered pouch making it easy and quick to inspect, and protecting it from abrasion
